Cisco equipment benefits

I would like to know after I get the equipment listed on this link:
http://www.certificationkits.com/ccie-lab-silver-plus/

1- what can I simulate in the lab? for instance can I simulate frame relay,ATM,ISDN, Site to site VPN, VPN remote access, firewall, Radius,Tacacs, Layer 3 /multilayer switching, and maybe other things I can't think of.??

2- How helpful would be to get this equipment not only for CCIE but for the real world work experience??
3-is the equipment listed on the link still in use in most of companies or something deprecated.

Thanks

I noticed a bunch of ads here:http://shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trksid=p5197.m570.l1311&_nkw=ccie+lab&_sacat=See-All-Categories

I am not sure which one would be complete lab for CCIE R & S.

I got CCNA and CCNP off the books.(too much theory that you forget real fast if it's not used in practice)
I know the only way to get hands on experience with Cisco networking is to purchase hardware. So I am saying why not hit 2 targets with one bullet; get Cisco equipment that will serve both as a complete CCIE R & S Lab equipment  and real world experience to compete in the job market.

MAGO3,

I have used GNS3, which one is better GNS3 or Dynamips.
I know that GNS3 uses Dynamips too.

I followed the instruction on this video:http://www.ine.com/resources/iosonpc.htm

but after I downloaded the Dynagen, I couldn't see the same thing as what was in the video, dynamips_ start.cmd

GNS3 runs few IOS but not others...
