Cisco routers and switches series

I wonder if cisco web site has a list of routers and switch series with the capacity of each.

for instance:

Switches Series 26xx to 28xx have IOS 12.X , layer 2 only,ISR, etc.. etc...
the same for routers and firewalls.

a good link would be helpful.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The PQRG is good for that.

You have to register to get access to the online version of the Product Quick Reference Guide. Or order a hardcopy one. Or download a .pdf version...

I don't see the IOS column for each serie
Also which switch is multi layer
which has an ISR.

Istvan KalmarHead of IT Security Division Commented:

29xx serias are L2 and over there they are L3 capabilities...
ISR are routers! If you want to know which IOS usable on cisco devices you need cisco account!
