Can you use open sata outlet power supply for video card

I have an 850w Thermaltake power supply which has 2 open modular outlets open. Below the outlets is says sata connectors. Can I use these? I do have the the connectors that came with the card. A Zotac 460GTX. A pair of molex to six pin for the video card.  I'm going to do SLI. The other card, an identical Zotac is plugged in via the PCIe from the power supply.
Thanks for your help.

I don't think such an adapter exists. You'd think an 850 w psu would have more than 2 pci e connectors. My 850w corsair has 4.
Specifications are a wonderful thing.  Look at the power voltage and current manuals per the documentation (along with power/voltage requirements for your SATA peripherals).   Even if the connector was correct, that does not mean that the power supply can provide sufficient power at all required voltage levels.

Manuals are written for just such problems.

A pair of Y connectors came with the card. The y connectors are set up like this. 1 male molex, 1 female molex, & a 6 pin for the video card. Hope this helps.
As mentioned, if the video card works with the standard Molex connector (as you've indicated with your Y connector, then you just need to convert the SATA power connector back to a molex connector.  A molex PS connector only supplies +5v and +12v while the SATA connector supplies these plus +3.3v.  So a reverse adapter works just fine.
