I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

High level instructions:
The first step is to make sure you can do all the steps manually in a command prompt.
If that works, then create a file named whatever.bat and put the individual commands into that file. Run the file and make sure it does what you want.
If that works, then schedule it using the task scheduler service. Log off and wait to see if it works with nobody logged in.
If that works, you have succeeded.
