trying to delete a shortcut in programs folder via logon script but nothing happens

it's says "could not find"
it looks like it is squawking because there is a space in the shortcut name.
How do I work around that?

If there is a space in the name use quotes:

del "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\QuickTime"

Another approach is remove directory:

You can CD to the path or just remove:

cd /d C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\
rmdir /s /q QuickTime
