Looking for free/inexpensive software to backup Lacie NAS files to Windows XP station

I have a Lacie NAS drive that I would like to backup to a large hard drive I have on an old XP workstation on my home network so that I can then backup the local drive to Carbonite for offsite storage.

So, I'm looking for a free or inexpensive backup utility that would let me automatically copy/sync files from the mapped network drive letter to the local drive. Any suggestions?

I have been first to recommend RoboCopy, so I should receive at least half the points.
you  can change the points, Qlemo is right about the points. Just wanted to give some input, as Synctoy did more damage then good for me.
