Using custom color scheme in PPT 2003 for future presentations

In PPT 2003, when I customize a Slide Color scheme by changing say, the background color, then Add as a Standard Scheme, it will be available while in that presentation, but if I start a new presentation, or restart another session of PPT, it is not available, how can I make it available for future presentations?
