Just on a single page somewhere in the site I want to have the terms of use (terms and conditions or whatever)... it's like 5 pages of boring text. &nbsp;I'd like it to be contained in a single text area nested in the page with vertical scroll bars instead of one super long article page. &nbsp; It's really common and on most sites but I don't know what to call it or how to describe it very well.<br />

Maybe using an Iframe to show the text would give me the effect I am looking for but I am wondering if there is a better or more common way of doing it.<br />
