Outgoing SMTP appearance

I have a client with a number of domain names. They are running Exchange Server 2003. They would like to randomly change thier outgoing email address. Up until now we would setup multiple profiles for them but it has become a nuisance. Is there a better way to allow them to change thier outgoing SMTP address.

With Outlook 2010 you can setup multiple Exchange Accounts in a single Outlook profile and then you simply select the relevant account and send as that SMTP address.

These domains are all associated to the same Exchange Server. It is all local.
You can still do this with Outlook 2010 as per the article.  I do this with my own Exchange Server wit Outlook 2010 with multiple domains hosted on my own server.
Hopefully you don't want to send out as .local?
But this states you are limited to 3. What if he has 15 domains he wants to send and receive from and send outgoing specifically from each account?
