You need to perform a database/datafile recovery.  Do you have backups?  If so, how were they performed?

This is block corruption related error. And from the name of datafile I guess this error is encounter during fetching data through index scan.

But you need to perform some action to identify corrupted blocks. For this you can use RMAN or database verify utility...Also look in laert log file and search for "ora-01578"

with RMAN:-
rman>backup validate database
Then query v$database_block_corruption view to get list of corrupted block.
