Windows Server 2003 ER_KRNLCRASH_LOG

Hi,
My terminal server is restarting by itself randomly since last week, I receive a blue screen and the following message appear:  DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS__OR_EQUAL
0xF71EC140

In the event viewer i got the following message:
Error code 000000d1, parameter1 00000000, parameter2 d0000006, parameter3 00000001, parameter4 f71e7140.

Could you please help to know what that error means?

Thank You in advance!

Hello. Its my opinion that you have a faulty memory stick (bad RAM stick). I have seen the BSOD on my Windows 2003 and Exchange servers, and both times, it was a bad RAM stick. Try pulling the sticks out, then replace them 1 at a time and see if it gets better. You would have to do a little trouble shooting to find the bad stick by process of elimination by starting the machine with one stick, then shut it down, and keep adding sticks until you see a problem.

Boot it in safe mode and disable all the third party serivices through msconfig.
Then boot the sever in normal mode and start services one by one and reboot.
This will enable you to find the culprit.

What SP is it.
The system attempted to access pageable memory using a kernel process IRQL that was
too high.

The most typical cause is a bad device driver (one that uses improper
addresses).

It can also be caused by caused by faulty or mismatched RAM, or a
damaged pagefile.

Just change the pagefile setting to auto
