Unfortunately without a higher resolution image, increasing the image will only decrease pixel density making the image look grainy and awful.

You're going from 64,000 pixels to 197,000 pixels which nets you a ~208% increase in image size.

I would look for an original jpg of higher resolution.
There are a few things you an try, but none are acceptable in my opinion. The other problem I notice is the aspect ratio. Your picture sizes can't be re-sized proportionally even if it were possible as far as quality. You could try adding a background texture, or color to cover the remaining area.

Hi Tony

You obviously tried to attach an image, but it failed.  Just click the "file" or "image" link below the comment box, then browse for your image by clicking the "Add File" button.  Add a description in the field it provides, then post your comment as normal with the "Submit" button.  Ignore the "embed" option.  That just creates code within your comment that links to the file, whereas ignoring the embed option just adds the image as a new comment.

Here it is out of photoshop not constrained 2011-brideagain.jpg
I tried the same on my phtoshop but still looks very blurry and constrained... is there any trick on make this look better? should I add a border and just enlarge a little bit>>??
I got the best result using brightness/contrast

go to image tab and then   [brigthness/ contrast]
there are a lot of edits you can perform on this picture
but you would have to find someone better then me in photoshop and who could
take the time to do it
