Change Deply Path of sharepoint webpart

I have created a webpart and i have two collection of websites on two different ports .Now i want to deploy my webpart to both the site collection .Remember both site collection are on two different port.By default it is getting deploy to website collection on port no. 80.So tell me how can i deploy it to another site collection on port no. 9972.
Any kind of help is appreciable.

how are you deploying it?  through a wsp?

But I want to deploy it directly from visual studio ,not by using wsp file.
