Prepare 2003 AD for Exchange 2010

I am transitioning to an Exchange 2010 SP1 box from an Exchange 2003 SP2. I ran the setup /prepareschema before the Setup /PrepareLegacyExchangePermissions. Can I just continue and run the Setup.com /PrepareLegacyExchangePermissions command at anytime or should I run this command and then rerun the prepare schema?

Thank you all in advance for the help.

Yes, but I was wondering about the order of the commands I ran the schema prep command before the legacy permissions command. So can I just run the legacy permission command and continue you on or do I have to run the legacy permissions command and the re run the schema command?

Thanks for the replay.

Thank you very much for the reply. Had a bad experience with my first transition so a little puchy. Thank you both for the replies.
