Restore User in AD and Exchange 07 Mailbox

Hi All -

I've accidently deleted a user from active directory (from MobileAdmin app on my phone instead of unlocking a user).  I was able to restore the user account with however the mailbox never ended up in the "Disconnected Mailbox" section.  I went ahead and recreated the mailbox but now I get the attached error when I try to manage full accesspermission in EMC.  Also the user is unable to link Outlook to its mailbox.
