Virtual Center 2.5 / SAN conectivity

Regarding Virtual center  2.5  -- Microsoft VMs

3 hosts ESX 3.5 using HP san storage.
Two out of the three hosts see the shared ISCSI storage data-stores
One host does not see shared  storage "targets are all zero"
Shared storage was presented to host same as other hosts.

Did rescan/reboot of host without success.

Thanks

have you checked the configuration of the HP SAN, to see that the selected presentation of the LUNs is correct for all three Hosts?

Can you ping the HP SAN from this ESX host that cannot "see" the HP SAN?
do you have identical network configurations on each of the three hosts and each service console/vmkernel using IP's in the same subnet?

There are at least a dozen different boxes that could be called "HP SAN", is it a guessing game? LeftHand, Compaq, DEC, 3Par, DotHill, take your pick.

Server's not restarted, powered down, paths changed?
Sorry FIBER my BAD
How would you ping a SAN from a host? Pinging the fiber switch?
