Drupal Node API C#

Hi,
I found the following snippet:to add a node:
<?php
$node->title = 'My Title';
$node->created = time();
$node->status = 1; //published
$node->promote = 0;
$node->sticky = 0;
$node->body = 'Nam nec mi. Sed pellentesque, libero sed condimentum malesuada, tortor ipsum pellentesque lectus; vel sodales velit sapien porta quam.';
$node->type = 'story'; //or whatever other content type you need
node_save($node);
?>

But how can I find a specific Node Id and update it.

Also how can I add taxonomy terms to it using drupal.

Thanks and all the best,

Sina

To modify an existing node, use node_load($nid), modify the node and then use node_save.

To figure out how to do taxonomy, install the devel module, then go to a node on your site and click the "devel" tab. It will show you the php object for that node.
