Outlook Archive PST Location - Backup

I have just upgraded a few computers to Windows 7 using Outlook 2010 with Exchange Server 2003.  With our old configuration, I had Outlook archiving the PST onto the user's shared folder on the server.  With Outlook 2010 I found that having the archive PST on a network share causes outlook to crash, see the following:

To fix this I need to put the PST on a local folder.

Question:  What is the best way I can have the archive PST on a local folder and also have it backed up somehow by the server tape drive?
