Access 2010 Web Database Form

I am using Access 2010 and working on a Web Database. I have a form that I would like to apply "Conditional Formatting" to but this option is grayed out. Does anyone know if this is supported in Access Web Databases and if so how to I make it accessible for use? I kind of think the answer is no but figured I would ask because it would be really nice if there is a way.

Basically I want to change the Fill Color of the data field if the value of another field equal a predetermined value. Conditional formating works great for this.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
