Windows 2003 Security Wizard

I justed applied a security policy that i created with the windows 2003 security wizard and after rebooting the server, i was unable to remote to server and ping the server. I was unable to rollback the security policy. When i tried, there was a problem with the Extension namemicrosoft.os.network.firewall. Can someone help?

try to reset local security policy first as described here

The security policy disable the routing and remote service. I was not aware that the server had routing and remote setup. I enable the service and the connectivity restored.

Issue was related to the routing and remote serive being disabled. I enabled service and issue was resolved.
