Short answer, yes it is possible to use an JavaScript 'on click' event and change the color to blue of the various controls on the page including labels. How are the pages made HTML, asp, aspx, etc?

When you say web browser, I am assuming that you have access to the code and it is you site or a site that you manage.

I have the code and all I want to do is when the html page is finished rendering the text is black I want to change the color to blue.. thats all..

You need a way of recognizing all the subtitle elements. Once you recognize them, you would need to download the html, change those elements, may be write to a html file, and browse it again. Show us some html example.

So you are using the JavaScript then?
