for example there are 20 images and each image has a subtitle.. I would like to have a button to change the color to blue in the webbrowser. Is that possible?

You need a way of recognizing all the subtitle elements. Once you recognize them, you would need to download the html, change those elements, may be write to a html file, and browse it again. Show us some html example.
So you are using the JavaScript then?
