Which hosting provider should I choose for a company based in Hong Kong with customers around the world?

Which hosting provider should I choose for a company based in Hong Kong with customers around the world?

I now have two domain names: one in the form of www.companyname.com.hk and the other in the form of www.¿¿¿¿.¿¿.hk (both Latin letters and Chinese characters in the domain name).

So I will have two web sites: one web site for my Western customers (companies in Europe and north America) in Western languages, and one web site for my Chinese customers (companies in mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore) in only Chinese language (simplified and traditional Chinese).

Should I choose the same hosting provider for both these web sites? Does it matter in which region of the world this hosting provider has its servers located? Are there other factors that are more important than location of servers, such as type of web server, CMS, etc.?

I will have features such as dynamic databases with login areas for customers, online software/tools, etc., and upload of documents in the login areas, CMS so I can change/add contents myself in any language, etc.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You should consider the two main factors when you choose website hosting.
1. latency ( when your customers are trying to access your website then that should be faster should not any latency , i mean, better to compare the latency)
2. SLA ( you should aware of their SLA before you go with any hosting provider)

Rackspace & Bluehost. These two are the best web hosting companies.

If you want a dedicated server Rackspace is the best.If you want shared hosting so Bluehost is also good.

I think you can have a look at cloud. Amazon (AWS) provides geographically distributed hosting including cdn. this may suit you.
