OWA Folder, point to external URL?

Hello experts, I have a folder in outlook 2007 that points to an external quarantine system. The folder is setup by going to the properties of the outlook folder selecting the home page section and entering the external URL of the in cloud solution for example https://quarantine.example.com. When this is done there is also a tick box “show home page by default for this folder.”

This works very well for my outlook users as they are presented with the external webpage by default when selecting the folder. When they access the folder from OWA the folder displays as a normal email folder and does not point to the external website!
Does anybody know how to get the folder in OWA to display the external website? Is this possible?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It is not possible to get the same behaviour in OWA. I do not have any documents to support this but have myself checked in a virtual environment.
