MS Word 2003 Merged fields help required

I have a merged fields document setup for use in a social housing environment and depending on tenant or property details we use spreadsheet data with a word document containing IF statements to manipulate merging fields and importing images.

The problem I am experiencing is if a property is on the 3rd floor or higher within a block of flats / apartments.

For each of these I end up with 2 icons
1) 3rdfloor
2) 3rdfloorplus

I only want 3rdfloor to display if a property is actually a 3rd floor property and for the 3rdfloorplus icon to display for those properties on the 4th, 5th, 6th floors etc.

I can not paste the code so here is a line of code i've re-typed

{IF {MERGEFIELD ITEM8} = "3RDFLOOR.JPG" "IMAGE HERE" ""}

Image Here = this is where the icon for 3rdfloor displays

Can someone please assist me with this.  I have attached sample data to this post.  icons.doc

Thank you.  when I first had the problem I thought it had been resolved, I got confused..... since then I have a much better understanding of how the code works and have just resolved the issue finally.
