How do I publish my desktop to a web page?

How can I capture a portion my desktop and upload it via FTP to a web page in real time? I have Camtasia Studio 5 and was told that I can us it for this purpose, if so I can't figure out now to do it. I am open to any suggestion including purchasing other software that is reasonably price and easy to use.

What are you trying to achieved?  Do you want people to see your desktop in real time, or do you want to record a video of the desktop and let people download it?

If you just want to record your desktop and let people download it later you can record a simple video with Camtasia and export as avi, or another suitable format - it's quite good at guiding you through this.

Craig.
Not sure if I'm getting this right or not but you can use Ctrl + Print Screen or Alt + Print Screen.  Then start up MS Paint and do Ctrl + V (for paste) then modify, crop, etc and save it as a pic.  Is that not what you had in mind?
