How do you turn off redraw until jQuery Tabs are loaded?

How do you prevent the showing of the jQuery tab source before the tabs show as they should.
Can you turn off the drawing of browser screen as it loads?
 until jQuery Tabs are loaded and the user just sees the nice tabs and active tab content?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You could hide the content and then show it when the page is done. Not a clean solution though, as it will hide all content when JavaScript is disabled.
Any luck?

nope.. don't know how to hide it...
<div style="display: none;">

Open in new window

would do the trick. Or you could do something in CSS.

Assuming each tab has a class 'tab' and you add a class 'active' to the active tab, you could do something like:

.tab {
    display: none;
} {
    display: block;

Open in new window
