Sharepoint excel list opens in seperate window instead of datagrid view for update

When you click on the Excel document to open it a message pops up asking if you want to open it in Read Only or Edit.  Once you select which way you would like to view it, it opens up into a separate Excel window.

I would like it to open in sharepoint web instead.  How can I set this up?

What version of SharePoint are you using?  If MOSS, do you have Excel Services set up?

I ended up figuring out the problem.  The uploaded forms were not compatible in Excel Services and the list was set to display as a web page.  I changed it to display in the client application and it opened with no issues.
