Acer eRecovery Fails when it requests the third disc.....

Hello Everyone,

I have an Acer desktop here that had a bad hard drive. The hard drive has been replaced, and I ordered the recovery discs from Acer. They arrived today, and I've never had any issue using recovery discs before. However, when the machine requests the third recovery disc, it fails to read it (asking for the third disc over and over again)...Any reason for this ridiculous problem? Thank you

Thanks for the responses. I called Acer (I've found calling acer's customer support line) is almost like pulling my own teeth out with my bare hands) but eventually they did end up sending me replacement discs for free. I guess we'll have to see how that goes

I tried a new set of disks that Acer sent me and it worked like a charm.
