VBS script to HIDE,DELETE an specific folder/shortcut for ALL USERS\Programs

Hi,

The following script runs as a SCCM Task Sequence for a package. Once the app is installed then the script copies the .dll file from SCCM.

I am setting up a job which will install Adobe Design Premium CS4 I need a script that will delete or HIDE the all the icons that are being created once the application is installed.

The app folder and icons are created ALLUSERS\Adobe Design Premium CS4\

Under the Adobe Design Premium CS4 there are a series of shortcuts that can be used by the ANY user to access to the application.

Basically once the package is installed I would like to use the script that will HIDE or DELETE the Adobe Design Premium CS4 and shortcuts.

I would like to keep the same type of code that is used bellow since it works great with the way you publish the package in SCCM.

Could someone help me out with this?

Thank you

Dim fso
Set FSO = Wscript.CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
FLD = Left(WScript.ScriptFullName,(Len(WScript.ScriptFullName) - (Len(WScript.ScriptName) + 1)))

fso.copyfile FLD & "\MFC71u.dll", "C:\windows\system32\"

Open in new window
