Any VPN service or I can setup one
The office setup content filter, many web cannot be visited.
Is there any good and cheap service can visit the web service with encription. I tried Hotspot but a bit slow.
Or I can setup a vpn server at home, any suggestion, thanks.

I am guessing that you want to bypass your office's content filter by using a remote proxy that allows you to access sites in an unrestricted fashion. And, to do this using encryption so that your office cannot see what you are doing.
If that is the case, I have two questions:
1. Is your office content filter going to permit you to access a random remote system if it so tightly controls the sites you visit? And,
2. More importantly, wouldn't you be breaching your office's security systems if you did accomplish that goal?
You might want to wait until you are out of the office to do this surfing?

I am doing software development, some tech site google out been blocked as news or bbs related, so feel inconvinience.
I am not sure if it is permited. But there is some works, such as Hotspot.
