phone line staying Busy after Hung up the phone through UC-520

Hi All,

If Anyone made a call on Voice-port 0/1/1, call forwarded to 206 then it divert to Lindsay's mobile. But after disconnecting running call means Hang up the phone & make call again on same no. Voice-port 0/1/1 that time I found both voice-port (Voice-port 0/1/0 ) & (Voice-port 0/1/1 ) is showing engaged(busy) & Off-hook.
As in a call comes in and is then not disconnected on completion.  The LED light stays on, on the UC520, need to see if it is possible to work out why the calls remain active
as I have seen that sometime the calls don't finish and block the lines it's happens sometimes, but not all the time.

Can anyone help me ?

Hi,

I run an asterisk based pbx(Trixbox). I had a problem with calls remaining open if the person at the other end hung up first.  It turned out to be to the dial tone / busy tone detection was set to the correct country.  Because of this the pbx could not determine when the other person had hung up.

sorry, that should have read

the dial/busy tone was set to the incorrect country.

basically i would check all of your regional options.

Sorry i have never used cisco call manager, but was letting you know of a similar problem that i had had with an ip pbx which may be the same problem.  I am not familiar with the call manager product though.

try these commands:

timeouts call-disconnect 5
timeouts wait-release 5

also try this

I have just had two calls drop out about 10-15secs after I answered

I also get a lot of calls I answer that have already hung up

Equally I get some calls that are no problem

 
I think that something isn’t right,

Can anyone Help me ?
Can somebody understand my Issue ?

Also how the call goes to the mobile when you dial 206 is it SIP ,ISDN ,FXO?

Thanks for youre reply,  We are using FXO port &  dial out is only on 08 9377 0540 (voice-port0/1/0)
one more thing  I have seen that sometime the calls don't finish and block the lines until reset FXO ports  it's happens sometimes, but not all the time.
