Windows SBS 2008 - Mapped Drive Showing Out of Space Even though there is plenty of space

Hi Experts,

I have a windows SBS 2008 with two hard drives. I have some mapped drives for the users setup on the D drive of the server. The D drive itself has over 60GB of free space but when the users login their mapped drive to a shared folder is showing no free space. The mapped drive it setup via a GPO.  There is a program that is relying on that specific mapped drive to have a certain letter assigned to it so I can't change the letter. Is there a way to tell the mapped drives to show more free space?

I only have the Folder Redirections Quota showing up in the File Server Resource Manager. I created one for the mapped drive they where having trouble with. With this apply the quota to the mapped drive next time they login?
Yes - quotas should kick in once the user has logged out and back in again.

Quotas are per Disk, so if the overall Quota size for the disk is exceeded, then the Mapped drive Quota won't make much difference.
