In a couple of weeks I plan on replacing the main DC and need advice.

The domain controller is also a DNS and DHCP server and holds these FSMO roles:

RID
PDC Emulator
Domain Naming

The new server will have a different name but need to keep the same IP.  Here is what I'm planning, let me know if it makes sense.

 - Change IP on old server
 - Bring up new server, change IP
 - Promote new server to a DC
 - Setup DNS
 - Transfer roles to new DC
 - Setup DHCP
 - Demote old DC

Anything I'm missing or that I should change?  Any advice would be appreciated!
