Exchange 2003 reply FROM address

Is there any way to configure Exchange 2003 or Outlook to automatically set the FROM address in a reply to the same e-mail address the e-mail was sent to, when a user replies?

Just to clarify...

If ABC send email to 123 and 123 replies to the email, you want ABC's email address in the From field?

Without some additional 3rd party software or some VB code or similar, the short answer is no.

Trying to think of some software for this and struggling to recall something suitable but will keep racking my brains.

If 123 has three e-mail addresses on their profile (1, 2, and 3) and ABC sends email to address 1, and 123 replies, address 1 should be in the from field.  If ABC send email to address 2, and 123 replies, address 2 should be in the from field, etc.
