SBS Error message and Outlook losing connectivity

I am getting repeated messages similar to the attached, rebooting the server seems to temporarily sort the message

Some client pc's using outlook are experiencing what I can only describe as email not always being delivered to each pc - currently we are not collecting mail using exchange and have opted for web based instead as the company changed its name (and domain name) a few months back. although the exchange settings remain in place and the Outlook clients can connect to both exchange and web server, favouring the web based option by default

Everything has been running fine and this 'suddenly' started happening, does anyone know if the error is related to the Outlook issue or if its something else? I've tried Googling but nothing seems to come up relating to sbs2003
