MRU bar in Windows 7

We have a user who had windows 7 Professional, when they go to save a document in word and they go to save then save as, the MRU bar doesn't list their most recent Drives they have been to, also when they go to my computer the MRU bar doesn't list the most recent places, other users have windows 7 Professional and do not have this setting, am i just missing something? i have picture of the bar

If you click on file in the menu bar and choose save as, what options are you getting?

i get my drives on the left, but when i click on the drop down, it's just blank, on other users machines previous places they had saved documents are shown
Are they using Office 2007 or Office 2010
Also what is that shell program that is running?  Is everyone using that shell program?
office 2007, no one is using that shell program, sorry i used that picture, i will add a better one, that one that says address bar, it retains no history.

I looked in the Address bar for an Explorer pane, and it showed various folders I have accessed recently, but not one that I had opened recently in another Explorer pane.  That might be the issue.  Perhaps the history is only for that particular Explorer pane.
Have you gone into folder options and check to see if the option that user is using are same as the other users?

OK, so maybe to can also post a screenshot of what the others are seeing.  The reason I say this is because on both Office 2007 and 2010 the screenshot you posted is exactly what I get when I go to save as.  I am not sure what is missing here.
No longer an issue is not really an acceptable answer.  What fixed the problem or did any of the suggestion provided not work would be helpful in known why it is not longer an issue.  Being that I made an effort to solve the problem and then just closing the question make on wonder if the issue was solved and the user is just not wanting to give out points.
