I have user who is using a Outlook 2007, and when she goes to open her deleted items folder, Outlook will got not responding and never changes. &nbsp;I have removed all 21000 items from the folder. &nbsp;I have created a new email profile with same results, and when I pull her mailbox from another user's Outlook session I see a pause but the Deleted items folder pulls up. &nbsp;The user is on a terminal server and we do not cache the emails so there is no pst or ost file to be corrupted. &nbsp;Suggestions please
