java classes

Can anyone explain whether it is possible to use some of the classes in the file weka-src.jar
(which is from an open source program called Weka) without using all of the classes and if so what are the considerations. I guess there classes that depend on other classes. Would it be difficult to know the dependencies of one class on another? This program has data mining algorithms which I would like to be able to run without importing the entire weka package. What issues are there and what might be a good strategy for this?
Thanks.

you'd need to look at the classes you are interested in to determine the dependencies.
Though whats the problem with importing the entire weka package?

If you've got source as opposed to just binaries then http:#34452998 could work
