Backup solution where backup is held offsite in one of our locations

Can someone suggest a couple of options for backup. What I'd like to do is get a raided box, initial backup here, then move the box to one of our nurseries and let the backup continue from there. Restoring individual files online, but in the event of a worse scenario, we could bring the box back to here.
What software could handle this?
I'm out of my depth at this stage.
I anticipate one of the questions will be do we want bare metal. Well, as a minmum, I'd like to back up all data including sql databases and SharePoint. But, bare metal would be nice as well.
Any input appreciated.

Thanks guys, I hope the points split is okay.
Thethical's solution probably sounded a bit easier to me, but jimbeam69 your second response gave more insight.
I'll have a look at the software you mentioned, but I was hoping not to install a full PC at the nursery, but just a NAS box. But, would a raidied box be fully necessary? (rhetorical|) due to the fact that the servers are raided and the backup is more of an emergency off site data copy. But in disaster recovery terms, haveing a single off site drive might be putting all one's eggs in one basket; I'll have a read.
Cheers again
