Flash or Flex?
I have resolved to learn either Flex or Flash in 2011. My question is this... If you were me, which would you learn? Why? And based off of your choice, what are the best resources for learning flash/flex? e.g. Websites, books, etc.

I have a great deal of experience with coldFusion, css, javaScript, etc. I have Flash Builder 4, Flash Catalyst CS5, and Flash Professional CS5. If I go with Flex, I would have to buy Flex Builder 4. Thanks for the input! I have the Flash 8 Cookbook (O'Reilly), which I am sure is outdated. I also have Learning Flex 3 (O'Reilly). I bought the latter in anticipation for a contract that never materialized...
