During recent performance problems OEM shows:
Rationale      The SQL statement with SQL_ID "1wuccwkj81k15" was blocked on row locks.
SQL TextUPDATE COURSE_MAIN SET BUTTONSTYLES_PK1=:B41 , CARTRIDGE_PK1=:B40 , CLASSIFICATI...
SQL ID1wuccwkj81k15
Rationale      Session with ID "1689", User ID "30", Program "JDBC Connect Client" and Module "JDBC Connect Client" was the blocking session responsible for 75% of this recommendation's benefit.
 Is there a way to identify that 'User ID 30'?

That certainly answers the question as i asked it.  Actually the information i'm really looking for is going to be somewhere on the applications side in a log or something like that.
