Multiple Moderators for Dynamic Distribution Group (Exchange 2010)

I'm attempting to add multiple moderators to a Dynamic Distribution Group in Exchange 2010 but I'm having some difficulty with the Management Shell commands.  Secondly, I'm unsure why the option is not available in the EMC as an Entry like it is for the regular Distribution Groups.  Is there a way to add it there?  And easily keep track of it.

So far, I have used the following commands for the following tasks:

Adding a single user, however running this again with a different user specified only replaces the old user:
Set-DynamicDistributionGroup "MyDynDistroGroup" -ModerationEnabled $true -ModeratedBy useralias -SendModerationNotifications Internal

Keeping track of who's on the list:
Get-DynamicDistributionGroup "MyDynDistroGroup" | fl moderat*

Any ideas on how to add multiple users to the list? or even a distribution group?

Please go through the below links
you can enable the automatic approval of the distribution group members after the message to the moderated distribution group is approved. To do this, you set the BypassNestedModerationEnabled parameter of the moderated distribution group to $true.

you can use exchange control panel to add group moderators; https://ex-server/ecp ( of http , depends on your current configurations).

I think I should clarify one thing regarding the issue:  It's pertaining to Dynamic Distribution Groups.  I got a little excited when I thought ECP would handle it, but it's similar to EMC in the sense that it doesn't have moderation roles show up for Dynamic Distribution Groups.  In fact, Dynamic Distribution Groups don't seem to show up at all through ECP, just the regular Distribution Groups.

I have already successfully entered one moderator for a chosen DDG, but I can't seem to add more than one person to the moderator list through Exchange Management Shell.
For instance...
Doing the following adds USER1 to moderator list for MyDDG1:
Set-DynamicDistributionGroup "MyDDG1" -ModerationEnabled $true -ModeratedBy USER1 -SendModerationNotifications Internal
But doing the following just replaces USER1 with USER2, instead of adding it on to the list:
Set-DynamicDistributionGroup "MyDDG1" -ModerationEnabled $true -ModeratedBy USER2 -SendModerationNotifications Internal

Is there a way to do something like:
Set-DynamicDistributionGroup "MyDDG1" -ModerationEnabled $true -ModeratedBy USER1 USER2 USER3 USER4... -SendModerationNotifications Internal

Is there a way to do something like:
Set-DynamicDistributionGroup "MyDDG1" -ModerationEnabled $true -ModeratedBy USER1 USER2 USER3 USER4... -SendModerationNotifications Internal

Anyone have a clue?
Sorry metazend
I tried a lot of tests on my lab, nothing works, also searching on the internet.
I cant figure out how to make it work... may other experts here would help...

Thanks for the help everyone, the post by streetgex solved the issue exactly.   I initially had tried it using semicolons, and several other ways, not realizing it was as simple as using a comma.  Thanks again.
