Access 2003-2007 AllowByPassKey Confusion

I've reviewed all previous questions regarding Access by-pass key modifications.  I'm STILL very confused.
If I write and execute code to set the AllowByPassKey property to FALSE, then how do the DEVELOPERS (me) ever get into the MDB to make changes?
All of my MDBs have a startup form, but it seems most users know about the Shift Key, and could get into any MDB.
If I follow advice on this forum and set the AllowByPassKey to false, then how in the world would << I >> ever bypass the startup form? via some hidden button somewhere, that only I know about?
And am I even correct that if AllowBypassKey is false, that opening the MDBs with the shift key held down will NOT open the database window?

Sorry for the confusion, but I'm obviously "missing" part of the big picture here....
Or via some multii-key sequence that only I know about? and that I check for on the startup form of EACH mdb? (I have over 100 of them).

As MX has already pointed out, you do it from another DB, which is one of the reasons you should NOT rely on this as a security measure.

  No points here please.

I will end up manually hiding the modules and hiding all other objects via some VBA code recommended on this forum.

Then I will use an MS Access program recommended here which allows one to toggle any MDBs "AllowByPassKey" property to on/off . . .  The MDB to do this will be in a directory only accessible to Access Developers.

These elements will provide an adequate solution for me
