Linux drivers are included in the OS.
You rarely get drivers from the manufacturer on a CD that will work with your current Linux distribution, and in those cases the drives are for the mainline distributions like Redhat Enterprise or Suse Enterprise.

If it doesn't detect the Wifi adaptor then it will be really difficult to get it working without a solid knowledge of UNIX.
This will probably mean a kernel recompile with the driver source code included in the kernel source.

It would be easier to look for a Linux distribution that supports the device. They all have lists of supported hardware.

Good luck.
