Problems with Webmail

Hi.

I'm running an MS Exchange 2010 environment and have webmail enabled. I have one user who can't delete e-mails or go into properties when using his webmail. His Webmail account works fine on other machines, but no webmail accounts are working on his machine, so it's a local issue on his pc. The machine is running Windows XP Pro SP3 with IE8. Webmail is running https and I think there is a problem with the certificate on his pc. The certificate is valid and expires in 2012.

I've tried deleting cookies and all browser data, adding the website to websites that I trust and I've also tried un-installing IE8 and then re-installing, but that hasn't helped. When accessing the webmail site I'm being prompted whether I only want to view the safe elements or not. This is not happening on any other machines.

Can anybody please help?

Thanks,
Ronnie

One more thing. If running webmail from another webbrowser (firefox) it works fine, so it definitely must be a IE8 issue.

Hi,

firefox works fine and disabling AV didn't change anything. However disabling the DivX add-ons fixed it.

Thanks a lot.

Ronnie
Glad yu sorted it r I'm surprised that DIVX affected webmail so will try to remember that

Regards
Ben
