when you say server OS do you mean sbs server or win xp?

i would like to set up sbs server in a dell pcs..

i saw my friend did it in his company and it run quite ok. why?  they use sbs server as exchange server, webserver and AD.

When i say desktop pc mean a pc that i use to install sbs server and not win xp.

i only set up network OS. sbs server. will not install both OS. is it possible.
