i reviewed this video and the steps appear that it would work for a win2k3 server and citrix 4.5.  the wizard appears to allow you to install the rdp listener as well.  please review and post back.

i logged onto one of my TSs and started the wizard.  i see both ICA and RDP as an option to add.

I did recreate the listeners..they came back. until I rebooted. then, gone again..then I did a forced uninstall then a manual uninstall of xenapp..and when I tried to reinstall Xenapp, it sompletely skipped over the part that I enter in the sqo server and related info. still no listeners, no farm membership. nada
