do you have any data on ipconfig ?
Do an IPCONFIG /RELEASE followed by IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS and then IPCONFIG /RENEW and then check for network connectivity again

tells me that the internet adapter is not connected  (because there are two... but when I disbable one, it still wont let me)
Can you show us your ipconfig results?

Can you manually set your IP/gateway on either adapter and test connectivity?  The message sounds like a layer one issue - you are not connected or adapters are disabled, can you verify disabled/enabled and check cables?

Thanks.
