Roaming Profiles - W7 and SBS 2003

We have done this forever:
A new domain User PC is setup and when completed, we log off the user, logon as a PC Admin, in this case the Domain ADMIN, and copy the User profile to a destination folder in the server.
Once there, we give the domain user full control over the folder and add the profile path under PROFILE in his properties in Active Domain Users and Computers.

This always worked with XP and Vista, but not with W7 Pro. The "copy" option under User profiles is grayed out.

Are we missing something new?

Thanks in advanced.

Humm, so in summary, no roaming profile for Domain User under W7?

I found this article, related to W7 and 2008 Server but the magic that they explina there does not happen on the Client's SBS 2003 server.
Not necessarily that you can't have a roaming profile, rather the difficulties that I mention have to do with the inability to replace the DEFAULT USER profile w/a standard user profile due to the COPY TO being greyed out.

Well, thanks to all. I just came to realize that even if I can setup Roaming Profile and Folder Redirection for this User of W7 Pro and SBS 2003, the whole concept is useless as his PC is the only one running W7, all others are XPs so she will not be able to use the advantage of roaming anyways (based on what I have read).

If anyone has a different opinion, please be my guest; otherwise I will be closing the question soon.
