Exchange 2003/10 and outlook 2003/10 certificate issue

Hello, i have an old exchange 2003(win03) and a new 2010 (win08r2) working in coexistance on my network until i complete the exchange 2010 and uninstall 2003.

they are in each on their own servers and both have their own certificate from godaddy.

for explaining purposes, lets call 2003 "old.mail" and the 2010 "new.mail"

"new.mail" sends and received email thru "old.mail"
old.mail has its own webpage (old-mail.org - and a link to owa on it) and the new one has its own webpage called email.old-mail.org - and also a link to its owa on it)
external url
2003 URL: old-mail.org
2010 URL: email.old-mail.org
internal url
2003 old-mail.domain.local
2010 email.new-mail.domain.local
fyi:
the new server url uses the same external url name but the only difference is that it starts with email, the certificates are different for the external url. each one has its own name. no problem there.

both certificates work ok on the webpage with no issues, but i noticed that when a user tries to setup their outlook 2007 account on a computer, when they start the setup and it checks their email, they get a certificate warning (screenshot attached)

this happens to both, non-migrated and migrated users.  if i click yes it sets it up normally and all works. but i dont want that warning showing up. it didnt before.  i know its something with the certificates, but i cannot find where the problem lies. how can i get rid of that cdertificate warning?  thanks for any help.
